Life at Katywil: Project update
On May 1, 2008, the Town of Colrain Planning Board gave final approval for Katywil, allowing us to begin lot sales. As of June 1, 2008, lots 15 and 17 are under deposit.
The price per lot is $135,000, which includes a three-quarters-acre lot, one 18th of all common land, and membership in the Katywil Homeowners' Association. The lot price does not include the house.
The price for the ca. 1350 sf. Katywil Essential House is $265,500, the plans for which can be seen at the Houses Outside and the Houses Inside. The house price does not include the price of the lot.
The price of the Katywil Mini House is $165,000. Again, the house price does not include the price of the lot.
Construction of the first section of Crosier Lane, which bisects Phase I, is scheduled to begin before August 1.
